Proposal Planning & Coordination in San Juan, Puerto Rico

A Seaside Proposal for Matthew & Tess

When Matthew reached out to plan his proposal to Tess, the goal was simple: create a moment that felt intimate, meaningful, and effortless.

From planning and coordination to styling and execution, every element was carefully considered so the couple could remain fully present in the moment.

“What Amanda created was truly magical”

“I can’t thank Amanda enough for helping create such an unforgettable engagement. From the beginning, she made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she handled every detail with so much care that I never had to worry about a thing.”

Event Planning & Design

A Citrus-Inspired Dinner Party Blending Warmth and Playfulness

The creative direction for this dinner began with a simple question: how do we translate someone's personality into an atmosphere?

The vision was to create a gathering that felt warm, welcoming, and conversation-driven, while still reflecting a playful and unexpected side.

A long dining table decorated with flowers, candles, sliced grapefruit, and plates set for a dinner, illuminated by candlelight at night.

To bring that balance to life, we paired citrus-inspired elements like tangerines and blood-orange florals with sculptural details, soft draping, and candlelight. The result was a dining experience that felt vibrant yet refined, familiar yet slightly otherworldly—transforming an everyday space into a celebration that felt entirely its own.

“I completely forgot we were inside a home. I didn’t want to leave the table!”

A Wedding Design Inspired by a Puerto Rican Home

Wedding Design, Styling & Creative Direction

A line drawing of an engagement ring with a large diamond, surrounded by rays of light, on a black background.

When the couple first reached out, they knew they were drawn to neutral colors, but they were struggling to define the feeling they wanted the celebration to create.

As we dug deeper, one theme continued to emerge: home.

The couple wanted their celebration to evoke that same warmth, ease, and sense of connection while still feeling elevated and thoughtfully designed.

This wedding concept was inspired by a feeling familiar to many Puerto Ricans: walking into a loved one's home and immediately feeling welcomed.

To bring that feeling to life, the design drew inspiration from the elements often found in Puerto Rican homes and backyard gatherings, blending tropical greenery, warm lighting, and collected details with a timeless palette of whites and greens.

“It exceeded our expectations!!”

“I’m really bad at coming up with ideas myself, but Amanda guided us through the entire process seamlessly. Her attention to detail made everything feel magical, and in the end, she created exactly what I had in mind, even when I couldn’t express it.”
